U is for UDC, where our freshman twins in college are thriving.

W is for Walk, Theron nightly preambulations keep him outdoors.

X is for Xenon, a chemical element Freya’s science major she explores.

Y is for Yoga, at Beloved Alston is working on her additional 300 hours.
