I am excited to announce that I will be teaching yoga at the beautiful, and nearby, studio: Well and Wonder. Please come join me if you can!


Yum Yoga with Alston (mixed level vinyasa flow)
1 hour class on Saturdays at 8:15-9:15 am, weekly, starting April 15, 2023.

A class that is fun and spiritual, deep and light-hearted, this playful yoga practice welcomes new and experienced practitioners. This practice is an organic mix of vinyasa flow paired with breath, with some fun—challenging poses, creative movements, dance—thrown in. Variations are provided to meet all levels. Requests and laughter encouraged.



Letting Go: Yin + Sound with Alston
1.25 hour class offered 1 Sunday a month, from 7:00-8:15 pm, offered April 23, 2023. All levels welcome

As an antidote to our busy life, join this monthly yin practice. Known as “The Quiet Practice,” this restorative flow consists of prop-intensive floor-based postures to promote full body listening and letting go of held mental and physical tensions. While staying present in the body and posture, healing sounds will be added (ocean drum, singing bowls, chimes….) to cultivate a therapuetic calm in body and mind.  Open to all levels (no experience needed).
